Group of our students studied in Lithuania for a week
They travelled to Kaunas from 8th to 12th April as part of the international Blended Intensive Programme.
On Monday 18th September we welcomed the newly arrived first-year students in the Ball Sports Hall. They were welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty, the Vice-Dean for Studies, the Head of the Study Department and the Vice-Deans for External Relations and Internationalisation and for Lifelong Learning and Technical Support.
Then the faculty staff gathered in the stands of the hall for the joint opening of the new academic year, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Dean and the Bursar of the faculty at the newly opened classroom 207.
At 12 o'clock, in the presence of the Rector, the Bursar and other distinguished guests not only from Masaryk University but also from other institutions, the newly reconstructed sports complex on Veslařská Street was officially opened.
