Course Annotation

The comprehensive material aims to provide the basics of first aid in various types of physical education environments (it is composed of stand-alone films to be included on a DVD and in an e-learning course).

First aid – gymnastics

First aid – a swimming pool
First aid – down-hill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, mountain hiking
First aid – water tourism
First aid – inline skating
First aid – artificial walls climbing
