Preparations to obtain the HR Excellence in Research Award launched

The Faculty of Sports Studies launched preparations to receive the prestigious HR Excellence in Research Award (HR Award). The European Commission grants the HR Award to research institutions implementing the HRS4R (The Human Resource Strategy for Researchers), which is based on 40 principles set out in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.

This European Commission recommendation no. 2005/251/ES commits research institutions to create good working conditions, professional development and transparent procedures for the recruitment of researchers.

On 5 December 2019, the Faculty of Sports Studies officially endorsed the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, with the aim of obtaining the HR Award.
