The 14th International Kinanthropology Conference highlighted the latest trends and brought together circus and science
During the week of 27–31 October 2025, the Faculty of Sports Studies hosted the traditional 4th International Week, which this year welcomed 22 foreign professors from universities across the world. The entire week was filled with an international atmosphere, inspiring encounters, and the exchange of valuable experience.
Over the five days course, 18 theoretical lectures, 4 practical sessions, and 4 discussion panels took place. The programme provided space for the exchange of expertise, the sharing of good practice, and the development of new connections among academics and students. The guests appreciated not only the professional quality of the programme and the active engagement of the students, but also the openness and hospitality of colleagues in Brno.
The public holiday, which fell on Tuesday, was equally active. Students and international guests exchanged mental effort for physical activity and headed out together for a run through the streets of Brno. This element served as a refreshing addition to the week and created an opportunity for informal networking and strengthening of professional relationships.
We are pleased that International Week is becoming an event with tradition and growing prestige, recognised and appreciated within academic circles abroad. Our sincere thanks go to all guests, students, and organisers for a wonderful week full of inspiration and new impulses.
