| Description | Project A4 as an example of teamwork well done Clear tasks, understandable goals, timely completion – these are the building blocks of success that we were reminded of in the course “Agile Project Management Techniques in Research and Development Environment” led by MUDr. Martin Kalenda MBA. Agile management helps us in collaboration, planning and setting priorities. Thank you for the inspiring insight into practical examples, the emphasis on gradual planning and the importance of “safety” agreements. Quality is an eye for detail – and it is on this that we focus in all areas of our work. |
