Popis This study examines body height, body composition, and lifestyle characteristics of Czech high school students. The aim of the research was to identify factors influencing physical growth and the risk of obesity among adolescents. Anthropometric measurements and lifestyle data were analyzed to evaluate the relationship between physical development and health-related behaviors. The results emphasize the importance of regular physical activity and healthy lifestyle habits in supporting optimal growth and preventing obesity.
