The 1st Summer School of Combatives at Faculty of Sports Studies, Masaryk University took place in September 2012.
Positive feedback from all 14 participants confirms success of the event. Not only current students of Faculty of Sports Studies but also incoming exchange students with no previous experience with combative activities participated. There were many practical lectures and workshops delivered by experienced lecturers from Faculty of Sports Studies and also by a guest from Portugal.
Participants have tried Judo, Capoeira, Karate, Aikido,... Wearing High Gear suit and training with Shocknife was unique experience for majority. Except of trainings also additional programme such as Tour of Starobrno brewery or Paintball tournament was included.
