Diagnosis of the Strength of Patients Indicated for a Total Hip Endoprosthesis (II)

The aim of the diagnosis will be the analysis of dynamic and kinematic manifestations of walking and the weakening of the lower limbs muscular groups in connection with changes in the movement stereotype when it comes to hip osteoarthritis. This definition provides basic information describing the link between the weakening of the lower limb muscles (diagnosed by isokinetic dynamometry) in relation to changes in the walking pattern along with the hip joint (diagnosis through 3D kinematic analysis) and with plantar (plantar) distribution. Mutual consequences of these dynamic and kinematic walk patterns will be brought into association with a subjective perception of pain, self-service of patients through a quantitative study (questionnaire survey via a standardized WOMAC questionnaire).
