The program also included an introduction to strength and conditioning training, where participants, under the guidance of instructors, focused on the fundamentals of resistance training and physical preparation.
The afternoon session featured a lecture on conditioning training in team sports, with an alternative option of another practical block on combat sports. The day concluded with a lecture on sports nutrition, highlighting the importance of proper dietary habits in athletic performance.
