| Description | The research was focused on the analysis strategy balancing in handstand, as one of the basic physical structures of gymnastics. For comprehensive analysis strategy balancing in handstand we used synchronized 3D kinematic analysis, stabilometry and electromyography, which allows us to reveal the inner essence of the outer technical execution. It was a case study. Tested person was a gymnast from child category. The analysis of the results we have revealed characteristics of maintaining balance during handstands, allowing us to optimize the training process. |
