Description In processed materials offer an overview of the issue of compensatory exercises in football, which may be help for those who will practice in order to prevent musculoskeletal problems, or for those who occasionally more or less it hurts. The experience of many top athletes confirmed that long-term and regular exercise brings up unexpected results. From our own experience we can confirm we are. In chapters introduce the division compensatory exercises as their characteristics, how to correctly perform each exercise, we define the muscular system and anatomical and functional muscles and muscle groups of involved in exercises, we will describe the main and most postural muscles wiring and phasic, which for better clarification we can see in the accompanying figures. We will deal with brief characteristics of driving stereotypes and muscle imbalances among footballers. In the practical part will offer a set of compensatory exercises, both on the mat and, secondly, on balance aids. Compensatory exercises are definitely not a fad, but rather should be an obvious part of every training session. Supports both the development of sports performance and longevity and also help to improve the overall quality of life of every athlete.
