| Description | Objectives: The aim of this study is to define the key factors underlying the decision of becoming a sport coach based on the content analysis of selected scientific articles. Conclusions: The decision to become a coach is a long-term process. Research results show that this is a positive attitude to sport. The positive approach appears already in early childhood thanks to people around them, as well as events in their lives. |
