Description Any successful activity in life of men is based on a balanced personality. In demanding situations in sport as well as in common life we have to use fully the performance potential or even draw upon the reserves of our organism. We may find the reserves not only in the physical area but also in our psyche. However, this fact usually breeds stress. With the rapid development of requirements for sports performance already in youth the appearance of stress situations, which are not always adequately coped with, increases. In such case the experience of the coach and his ability to help the trainees is significant. Therefore, not only the young sportsmen but also their coaches and parents have to get through such stress situations.
