The project is designed to support student research activities to identify how the maximum strength training and various speed performances (acceleration jogging speed at 10 m, running speed with direction changes, player running speed) are interconnected. The secondary goal of the project is to investigate the differences between the primary eccentric and concentric load on the lower limbs with the above-described speeds. In literature, it is possible to find information about a wide range of factors that determine the level of speed capabilities. The most important is the ability to produce as much force as possible in a short time interval
