Active morning for high school students
We prepared an action-packed program for high school students that gave them a taste of the atmosphere and study opportunities at the faculty.
Students could choose between two programs. The Health program included a session on movement and recovery techniques a physiotherapy station focused on "Getting Back on the Field After Injury" and a lecture on sleep and circadian rhythms.
Those interested in the Performance program had the chance to try the Jacik test which is part of the admission process. They also learned some basic combat techniques under the guidance of SEBS students and tested their fitness in the sports labs. The program concluded with a lecture on nutrition and performance enhancement.
Not only did the students work up a sweat during the activities, but they also gained valuable information on healthy living, nutrition and recovery. Our students and faculty members showed them everything they can study at the faculty and how things work here.
