Answers to frequently asked questions about moving from the dormitories

Since Saturday, we have received a lot of questions regarding the check-out from the dormitories due to the coronavirus crisis measures. Here are the answers to the most frequently asked ones. MUNI dormitories: Students can check-out remotely. They get 70 percent discount

Masaryk University will help students who live at dormitories and who are affected by the current restrictions on movement and interruption of contact teaching. All these students will be able to check-out and move their belongings by April 11 or use the so-called remote technical check-out by e-mail by April 11. Students who want to stay in the dormitory can continue to do so under standard conditions.

The exam period will be extended through the summer. The autumn semester will start later

The exam period for spring semester 2020 is extended and exams will be held from May 18 to September 30. The faculties are also recommended to offer students the September dates of the final state exams.
