Academic Senate of the Faculty of Sports Studies MU discussed the current situation caused by COVID-19
On 31st March 2020, the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Sports Studies MU discussed the current situation caused by COVID-19 in response to the proposal of Senator Jan Novák.
The Academic Senate of the Faculty of Sports Studies of Masaryk University considers it important to present its comments in this difficult time through its resolutions, in which the Senate:
supports the dean Jan Cacek in the measures necessary to mitigate the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Expresses thanks to all students and employees of the Faculty of Sports Studies at MUNI who participated in voluntary activities and coordinating them or in other activities to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Asks students to cooperate with the management and staff of the Faculty of Sports Studies at MUNI in resolving the current situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, especially to fulfil alternative study obligations and to respect the relevant regulations and other internal measures.
- Asks teachers and other relevant employees of the Faculty of Sports Studies to take measures to ensure quality distance learning for students as much as is possible in the specific subject during the COVID-19 pandemic.
