Online exercise for children of MUNI staff
Our new online exercise programme helps children to stay active and fit during the distant schooling period. Exercise is dedicated to MUNI staff and their children at the age of 6 to 14 years. Thanks to the professional approach, the parents will learn how to exercise with their children correctly.
On 6th November 2020, teachers from our University Sports Centre commence a new online exercise programme called Physical education – training for children, dedicated to MUNI staff children aged 6 to 14 years old. The programme will take place on the MS Teams platform every Friday from 11:30 am till 12:30 pm until further notice. This exercise expands our offer of free exercise for MUNI staff. The exercise focuses on developing motor skills, increasing fitness, improving coordination and supporting the correct body posture and movement stereotypes.
Recommended equipment: towel, exercise mat, soft toy, ball (tennis or other available)

Please, join the exercises in advance – the latest 15 minutes before the start, so we can approve you into the group on time.
