The sample of children includes, in total, 49 respondents, divided into two sub-samples: boys (N=20), and girls (N=29). Within each sub-sample are defined special groups, according to the orientation toward elective PA, as in Boys: Sports school, Fotball, Judo, and the Control group (children no additionally included in the PA). In Girls: Sports school, Rhythmics, Swimming, and the Control group. The primary objective was to determine whether the additional PA can produce a significant difference in the level of intelligence in preparatory group, both, in Boys and Girls, and whether are any gender differences. This study could be useful for the general population, and the professional audience, as well as for parents who participated in the selection of additional PA for their children. At this age, no choice can be called better or worse, so each can have its advantages and disadvantages. It all depends on the child's individuality and needs. The analysis of the research results was carried out after the application of appropriate statistical procedures, presented in tables and graphs. They will answer the research questions, regarding the determination of sub-samples (Boys/Girls) gender differences, as well as PA groups differences, considering preferred, elective PA.
